As a punter
1982-ish Signal Radio, Stoke (Nigel the gnome sang Happy Birthday to me)
1986 Radio Aire, Leeds (I won a competition on Jon Hammond's show!)
1987-1989 Radio Aire, Leeds (a regular, kind of, on James Whale's show)
1988 Red Rose Radio, Preston (only because they networked Whale for a bit)

As a presenter
1992 Pennine FM, Bradford (as "James Cridland")
1993-1996 The Pulse, Bradford (as "James Andrews")
1997-2001 Hallam FM, Sheffield (as "James Andrews")
1998 Century Radio, Leeds (one show on this RSL as "James Williams", against the terms of my employment contract)
1999-2001 Magic AM, Sheffield (as "James Andrews")
2000-2001 Flash FM, internet (as "James Andrews")
2005 Liquid (DAB service in London) (as "James Andrews")

As a voiceover
1997 Capital Gold (I voiced some ad for something or other and was quite proud it got onto Capital Gold)

2001-2007: Various parts on Virgin Radio
Man who laughed in the background in The Geoff Show occasionally
Man who did two weeks of appalling Mick Jagger impersonations on the breakfast show
Man who occasionally Jezza got to speak
Man once accused of being a serial murderer by Uncle Pete Mitchell
Man once interviewed for the news about computer viruses
