Vote for me! Or someone else!

Posted on Monday, April 21st, 2008 at 10:55pm. #

So, while I might not win frivolous votes, I do want to win this one.

The Radio Academy is a great organisation; and they’re currently looking for new trustees. I’d like to be one, please. And I need your help to do it.

Keeping radio relevant for future audiences has been a major part of my work, at Virgin Radio, the BBC, and in the Radio Academy’s Radio at the Edge conference. I would be keen and privileged to play my part in the Radio Academy’s future.

If you’re a Radio Academy member (if you work in radio, chances are that you will be – anyone working for a patron organisation is automatically a member, though you need to register, free) then I’d really appreciate you voting for whoever you think will do a good job as a trustee. That might be me; or it might be one of the other fine, fine people. Just vote for someone, please. Preferably me. But someone else is cool too.

Done, but I am not telling you who I voted for.
