I join James in recommending the short Radio Academy podcast (13 mins) which managed to grab the essence of a really enjoyable day. You can see that some radio stations are struggling with the cross-media future, but there are also a whole host of new ideas and formats that are coming out of the lab and are starting to produce good numbers. Well done to James et al for organising this highlight of the radio year.
