I was recently in Helsinki and all the Brits on the trip were complaining about the price of drink. But, I found that wine by the glass was cheaper and of better quality in Helsinki than any place I have been to in Dublin or London. My friends must have been talking about the beer and spirits prices, as wine was a relative Euro deal (but not as cheap as Calif. or Spain). Various bars here in California serve both Tuborg and Carlsberg on tap.

Think it may have been some sort of grey market import.
