Various bars here in California serve both Tuborg and Carlsberg on tap.

I was recently in Helsinki and all the Brits on the trip were complaining about the price of drink. But, I found that wine by the glass was cheaper and of better quality in Helsinki than any place I have been to in Dublin or London. My friends must have been talking about the beer and spirits prices, as wine was a relative Euro deal (but not as cheap as Calif. or Spain).

Oddly, Tuborg is very popular in Bulgaria. I say odd because I reckon most of the local Bulgarian beer is better and cheaper.

Tuborg advertised on TV briefly in the early 1980s (at least in the Yorkshire area) - and I saw some on sale just the other day in a cheapo shop. Think it may have been some sort of grey market import.

I hadn't seen Tuborg in the UK before until the other day. They appear to be making inroads into the UK via music venues - where I've come across it several times in the last couple of weeks now.

Even as a die-hard Liverpool supporter, I'd have to admit Carlsberg isn't that nice really! Mind you, it's certainly tastier than Candy washing machines which sponsored them in the mid-80s!
