Enjoy Yorkshire while it lasts

A few days ago, I mentioned that Real Radio Yorkshire was now available in London. Seems I rather jumped the gun.

Daryl’s show is only carried on our digital service – which covers London, the West Midlands and North West- until 0630 weekdays. At 1000 we opt into Real Radio Yorkshire for the rest of the day. However, Daryl is heard network-wide from 2000-0000 on Sunday night.

You may also want to add that the service makes way for the new incarnation of Jazz FM on September 1.

Just hoping to avoid the backlash from pissed off Londoners reading your blog and expecting to hear their boy!

Thanks for the correction; and the last time I heard Daryl doing a network-wide show on a Sunday night at 10.00pm, it was really rather a different listen… (grin)

Such a shame Dave Rhodes and Real Radio digital is going, its great… another great DAB service replaced with a specialist music service that no-one will listen to!
