And it was less than a year before the Pennine FM newsroom was down to 4 people in total, which meant that we pretty much only ever had one person on shift at any one time, and sending people out to report on house fires was a luxury confined to history.

The only time I did get out was to interview a council official about a poop-a-scoop scheme in Wibsey Park which was one of the low points of my journalistic career ...</description>
